Sunny Days and Blue Skies

I don't know what the weather is like in NY right now (Ellen?) but today is October 18th in San Francisco, and its 70 degrees with a high of 84. Wha What?! Summer has officially been extended through winter, and im not complaining. Because of this, I've been doing a lot of non San Franciscan things - wearing shorts and going to the beach. These photos were taken a few days ago in Pacifica. The neighborhood is normally glossed over with fog, but that day it was filled with people fishing, surfing, grilling and sunbathing. Love, love, love indian summers!

Shirt Swap! Zara Edition

Two shirts, two different occasions. With the rest of the outfit staying exactly the same (quick and simple because it's built on staple pieces and my overwhelming penchant for black!), it's easy to interchange some funky blouses or tees according to your day.

And yes, these are pictures from two different days when I wore these out.. recycling is truly the best. B)

Two blouses, Leather jacket, Black shorts all by Zara.
Black boots by Urban Outfitters.
Spike necklace by Madewell.

Mix n' Match Shapes Edition

Mix and match jewelry shapes to keep things fresh and edgy. I love the way these   circles on the ears and triangles around the neck are both super-defined to give me a very pop-art feel.

Kelly Green

I love wearing kelly green - what a mood boosting color! This JCrew blouse is near perfection for me - loose but not messy, classic yet chic, pops of color without being overbearing. You can get it here (on sale now!). Shoes by Enzo Angiolini.

A close up of my bling, from F21. A gold and silver chain adds just a tiny bit of edge to the outfit!

Concert Jams

Another romp-tastic outfit (I swear I can live in these things) worn recently to a very fun Two Door Cinema Club concert. It was outdoors, so flat boots and some light outerwear were a must. The romper is a ridiculously fun piece gifted by my sister from Topshop, complete with wacky and bold bird designs. Black boots by Urban Outfitters, burgundy cardigan by J Crew.
